Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling monthly tax compliance for all taxes ( Payroll, WHT and Vat, etc.)
  • Handling all payments- Vendors and Employees and maintaining records.
  • Handling Petty Cash payments and maintaining Petty Cash payment records
  • Handling Statuary Audit, tax audit and other audit related to Finance.
  • Maintaining all financial records.
  • Revenue Invoicing, Receivable position updating and Follow up for Receivables. Etc.
  • Manages bank reconciliation
  • Prepares salary disbursement data
  • Prepares finance related MIS
  • Reconciliates accounts and ledgers
  • Prepares for finance related audits
  • Ensures timely payment to employees, vendors and others

Performance Parameters

  • Statutory compliance adherence
  • Accuracy of books and accounts
  • Payment processing as per TAT

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least 2-5 years of experience with minimum 1 year of relevant exposure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should have problem solving attitude
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Working knowledge of Tally
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
