Roles & Responsibilities

• Production planning , execution & to ensure targets.
• Ensuring product meet quality standards.
• Process assesment to reduce defect rate & rework.
• To ensure requirments of spare parts needed.
• Inventory control.
• Analysis of consumables consumption.
• To ensure safe working environment.
• Supervising & evaltuating the performance of production personnel.
• Preparing production reports.
• Workmanship training to production personnel.
• Implimentation of continous improvements process.
• Preparation of BOMs.
• To control & monitor preventive maintenance.
• To maintain 5s.
• Implimention & control measure of ISO standards.  

Required Skills or Experience

• Familiar with heat treatment process
• Knowledge of powder paint process. 
• Familier with ISO 9K , 14K & 45001.
• User of MS EXCEL & MS WORD.
