Job Description

A Reputable company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team as Customer Care Officers ( CCO111)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, and providing effective solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Diploma/HND/Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
