Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring with a specialization in recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Identify hiring needs and work with department managers to define job requirements and qualifications
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessment centers.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures as needed.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable university 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years experience as an HR Manager  in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
