Job Description

An experienced Warehouse Manager needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline warehouse processes and improve accuracy.

Required Skills or Experience

• Masters degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field with other professional certifications
• Must not be more than 45 years for Manager and 40 years for Supervisor
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or 3 years for Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
