Job Description Project Title
Development of Informational/Educational Materials for ISODEC’s Energy Transition Project Background
The Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC) aims to increase public knowledge and engagement on energy transition in the communities around the Ewoyaa Lithium Mine in Ghana. This initiative is part of a broader project to ensure that natural resource extraction benefits all, with a focus on sustainable energy and inclusive development.
The Ewoyaa Lithium Mine is central to Ghana’s future energy landscape due to lithium's critical role in renewable energy technologies. However, awareness about energy transition policies and the benefits of lithium extraction is limited, especially in rural and less educated communities. To bridge this knowledge gap, ISODEC plans to develop and disseminate informational/educational materials on the subject.
