Job Description

As a Client Support Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will work closely with our team to address client needs, offer solutions, and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively support and advise clients.
  • Documentation: Accurately document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system to track and analyze client needs and trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of client support strategies.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • Education: NSP/DIPLOMA/HND/DEGREE
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support, or related role is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications; ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Attitude: Positive, proactive, and client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
