Job Description

• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Ensure that defaulting clients have resumed payment
• Register new employees hired by clients, and ensure their porting forms are completed
• Recruit new clients and maintain brand visibility by sharing relevant marketing materials
• Submit accurate and timely reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis
• Communicate client needs to head office for immediate redress
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Conduct constant weekly calls with clients to address their needs

Expected Salary: Base pay plus performance based commission

Required Skills or Experience

• Sales background/experience with a degree/HND in sales/marketing (PREFERRED)
• Friendly, warm and accommodating
• Enthusiasm
• Able to work under pressure
• Pays thorough attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, communication, & writing skills
