Job Description

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Motor Rider to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers, promoting sales in designated areas, and building strong customer relationships. You will represent the company on the road, ensuring timely delivery and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers or retailers using a company-assigned motorcycle.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by promoting and selling company products.
  • Collect orders from customers, ensuring accuracy in quantity and specifications.
  • Assist in stock management, including loading and unloading goods.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Maintain and record sales activities, deliveries, and cash collections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales and delivery progress to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the motorcycle is in good condition by conducting regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while on the road.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically during customer interactions

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Rider or in a similar sales/delivery role.
  • Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with local routes and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong salesmanship and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as loading and unloading products.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle cash.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a sales role or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to use GPS or other navigation tools.
