Job Description

Our Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market reach for the bakery's products.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our bakery products. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the bakery team to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a variety of bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, and custom orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, restaurants, and other business clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through market research and cold calling.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to assess needs and provide product samples.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community activities to increase product visibility.
  • Stay updated on the bakery's product offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products and the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage, retail, or bakery industries.
  • Ability to create and maintain a professional network with key decision-makers.
  • Creative ability to suggest new product offerings based on market demands.
