Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Conduct site measurements and surveys
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
• Analyze and negotiate contract claims
• Monitor project expenses and ensure budget compliance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams

Required Skills or Experience

• First degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Autodesk, construction software)
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
