SCOPE

A thriving Agro-based Organisation is calling for application from Agric colleges. The position entails ensuring the strict execution and compliance of tapping contract with the companies provided tapping plan, the technical guidelines and the tapping program set out as per above.

FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES

Main Accountabilities

To mobilise workers, tap and harvest the crop in the assigned task and deliver it to the collection point.
To perform other tasks such as:

Stimulation of rubber trees,
Tracing consumption markings when requested,
Performing any other activities related to the tapping as and when requested

To maintain the level of quality of tapping and production
To ensure the security:

Of the tapping equipments,
Of the area tapped (against fire, encroachment, farming, sand winning, mining and other illegal activities)

Required Skills or Experience

Education

Certificate/Diploma in Agricultural Science.

Experience

Minimum of One year of demonstrable experience Agriculture.

Technical competencies

Excellent communication in the local dialecte (Twi)– oral and Witten
Supervisory Skills
Dispute resolution Skill
Tree crop cultivation (Rubber)
