Required Skills or Experience

• Age : 28 - 37 years
• Educational level: At least First Degree

Should

• Have occupied and proven supervisory and managerial position
• Have experience in residential apartments maintenance and management
• Be a strategic thinker 
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Pay attention to details
• Possess management, IT, planning, organisational, and leadership skills
• Have a good command of the English language
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Have the desire to learn

Starting salary: GHC 3,500 per month
