Job Description

  • Reports to: Head of Operations
Key Duties
  • Mange office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and documents.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellence organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing call and effectively correspond via email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to details
