Job Description

• Location: Multiple Sites
• Reports to: Plant Manager

• Manage production schedules and workflow to meet targets.
• Oversee production staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Improve production processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the logistics and procurement team to ensure material availability.
• Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
