Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing that employee relations aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive empoyee relations within the organisation
  • Managing employee grievances etc, etc.
  • Additional duties will be assigned for this role.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Employee Relations  Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using performance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
