Job Description

• Location: Kumasi - Ejisu, Ashanti Region

Responsibilities

• To fabricate or reproduce spare parts for the machines in good condition.
• Responsible to run lathe machine in good condition.
• Assist the fitter mechanics in the maintenance and repairs of machines.
• To ensure that all working machine parts are in good working condition.
• To ensure that the workshop & lathe machine is properly cleaned at all time.
• Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
• Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
• Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes.
• Proper house-keeping of the welding area before and after work.
• Performs all necessary maintenance and repair on all equipment used in welding.
• Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.
• Perform other maintenance jobs as may be determined by Management from time to time.
• Ensure optimal allocation and full utilization or resources available to reduce downtime and keep the Machine running.

Required Skills or Experience

• Candidate should be able to use the use the Lathe and bench driller Machine
