Job Description

• Duty Station : Greater-Accra Region: Ashaiman
                         Ashanti Region: Ejisu, Konongo
• Project Duration:  1-2 weeks

• For data collection in specific communities

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires
• Accurately record responses using electronic data collections tools
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Report daily progress to field supervisors
• Adhere to ethical standards and project protocols

• Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Required Skills or Experience

• Prior data collection experience is an added advantage
• Residents of Ashaiman, Ejisu & Konongo are preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus
• Ability to use smart mobile devices
