Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting, directing and providing necessary information.
  • Answer and route phone calls, and take down messages. 
  • Maintain security protocols by managing the logbook, issuing keys, and following safety procedures.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized reception area by adhering to established standards.
  • Document and communicate operational needs to ensure team continuity and effective service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to help clients and customers find solutions to their problems and questions

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND or Degree in Real Estates Management or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to speak French is an added advantage
