Haano Limited is a subsidiary of Assudamal group which has presence in 7 countries - Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, India, China, Dubai and Hong Kong. The group sells mainly its own brands including Nexus( Leading White Goods Manufacturer in Nigeria), Haano (Leading Margarine Brand in Nigeria and Ghana), Saisho (Small Appliances Brand in Nigeria). It also has exclusive Distribution Tie-ups with many Leading Tyre brands including Otani, Armstrong, JK Tyres etc. 
 
In Ghana, we are one of the leading suppliers of Paper of all types ( Bond, Newsprint, Coated Papers, Specialised Papers etc) and a large player in White Goods (Nexus) and Food (Haano). We also have a growing business in Tyres and agri-commodity exports.

Job Description

  • Department: Automotive Division
  • Location: Tema, Takoradi & Kumasi

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels .
  • Generate new leads and opportunities . Sales Funnel .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand the client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation to potential clients
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and benefits effectively .
  • Negotiation and closing
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets . Collection for the sale .
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities , pipeline and performance
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and results

2. Financial Responsibilities

  • Achieve collection target
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial instruments / docuements
  • Customer risk assesement for credit

3. Market Mapping Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends , customer behavious and competitors
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats
  • Identify target customer segments and develop startegies to reach them
  • Asses competitors price points , activities and positioning
  • Identify new market opportunities for expansion
  • Penetrating new markets

4. Communication and Collaboration

  • Work closely with the operations team to allign sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve products , offerings to be competitive
  • Represent the company in trade shows , trade marketing activities from time to time
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

5. Continuos Imporovement

  • Stay updated on industry trend , best practices and new technologies
  • Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Solicit feedback from customers / clients / channel partners to improve offerings
  • Adapt sales and market mapping strategies on feedback and market dynamics

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree /HND is required
  • At least 3years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry
