Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors
  • Collate and distribute Email from the general email
  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Assist in planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Maintain contact lists of various stakeholders and business partners
  • Procure office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Any other duties assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Related fields
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Applicants must be within the ages 20-25
  • Knowledge in Marketing is a plus
NB: THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO RENEWAL EVERY 6 MONTHS BASED ON PERFORMANCE.
