Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, security, and safety of the luxury residence.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring high standards in all areas.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Work closely with the property management team to enhance resident experience and handle all facility-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations.

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Facility Management or related field; hotel or luxury property management experience is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in facility or property management.
• Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and relevant software tools.
• Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, detail-oriented, and serious about upholding luxury standards. Dedicated to ensuring a high level of comfort, safety, and satisfaction for residents.
