Job Description

  • Location: Accra – Airport Residential Area
  • Company Sector: Real Estate / Construction

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all residents and guests.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Manage scheduling, handle resident and guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet resident needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field, with prior experience in front desk or hotel management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising front desk staff.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, detail-oriented, and serious about providing exceptional service. Able to maintain a professional environment and handle responsibilities with dedication.
