Job Description

• Location: Accra – Airport Residential Area
• Company Sector: Real Estate / Construction

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move, position, or place materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Inspect cranes and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and signal instructions from the ground crew during operations.
• Calculate loads and ensure that they are within lifting capacity.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations.

Required Skills or Experience

• Proven experience as a crane operator in a construction environment.
• Certification as a crane operator and knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• Physical stamina and hand-eye coordination to operate heavy machinery safely.
• Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, attentive to safety, and detail-oriented. Serious about maintaining safety standards and efficient operation.
