Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients, including vehicle sellers and buyers.
- Sales Management : Oversee the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales transactions.
- Auction Coordination : Organize and manage vehicle auctions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including details about each vehicle's condition, history, and pricing.
- Documentation : Handle all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle histories.
- Marketing : Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to increase sales.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to vehicle sales and auctions.
- Team Coordination : Work closely with sales teams, auctioneers, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations.
