Job Description

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing day to day operations to create a comfortable, enjoyable and profitable experience for Guests while maximizing Revenues HOTEL, FOOD & BEVERAGE
  2. Develop and execute operating plans to increase efficiencies customer’s satisfaction, growth, and profitability
  3. Provide strong leadership role at our Beach and Hotel
  4. Business Development –provide  leadership support and directions to increase sales revenues in our  facilities
  5. Manage and take actions to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  6. Cost control – manage expenses, reviewing transactions and monitoring budgets to ensure cost control and maximize profitability.
  7. Ensure that company policies are implemented objectively and successfully. 
  8. Responsible for creating positive customer experiences, packages, entertainment etc.
  9. Safeguard and maintain the assets of the company.
  10. Other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Required Skills or Experience

Experience

Must have 3-5 years practical experience in the Hospitality Industry. 

Qualifications:    

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel management, Tourism or Business Administration
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management, and Good computer skills
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Must be results oriented, and a problem solver, motivate employees and build a winning team.
  5. Must have in depth knowledge social media tools and its application to increase revenue
