• Ensure Protection of staff, clients, visitors and properties at all managed Cell sites.
• Ensure Protection of staff, clients, visitors and properties on premises.
• Ensure Guards perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Investigate theft and immediately report to the Operations Lead and MD.
• Liaise and interact with the emergency support services (Fire service, the Police and the Ambulance service).
• Report all security activities / guard’s welfare to the on a daily basis.
• Enforce all Security, Safety and Quality Regulations at all sites/premises.
• Ensure payment of guards by Security Company is done monthly by obtaining evidence of payments from the Security Company and Sharing with Management.
• Ensure SOW issued on a PO to Security Company every month defining the placement of 24/7 and caretaker Guards on our network.
• Enforce HSE Absolute Rules.
• Preventing any form of financial loss.

• Will be available 24/7 for any incidences relating to site escalations for incidences relating to Failure to access site, which will affect the MTTR .
• Group SHERQ will determine any additional duties/responsibilities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring all activities to ensure safety & security compliance at all times.

• Zero record of loss of property on the company premises and its surroundings 
• Prompt response to emergency situation
• Incident/Crisis management
• Effective monitoring of guards
• Well enforced Security, Safety and Quality Regulations at all sites/premises.
• Timely Reporting
• Well conducted investigations on all reports made

• Any other duties that be assigned as required in country.

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree/Masters in any related field.  
• An Ex-Police Officer will be an added advantage.

• 5 to 10 years’ minimum experience in the security Field or related
