Job Description

• Location: Sefwi Wiawso
• 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Purpose
Responsible for entering and updating information into T24 database, correcting errors and
organising information to optimize swift and accurate conversion and verification of data captured.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Individual and Group Customer Information file (CIF) for new clients;
• Review all follow-on clients’ information
• Create and maintain Draw Down account and Client Escrow account;
• Booking Loan Contracts and Booking Early Liquidation;
• Capture daily loan repayments received for the branch
• Filing of Processed Data returns.
• Provide clients statements for Reconciliation
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor or his designee

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

• HND / First Degree in a relevant Field
• Must be a computer literate (Microsoft suite - especially Word, Excel and PPT)
• Candidates should have completed National Service.
• 1 - 2years practical experience in similar role
• Must be a practicing Christian.
