Job Description

POSITION : HR and Admin Officer             

DUTIES

  • To organize and manage the day-to-day activities;
  • To manage every aspect of the pre-employment process;
  • To be the first point of contact with employees;
  • Manage employee’s needs;
  • Create and update employees’ folders;
  • Manage employees leave;
  • Any others administrative tasks

Required Skills or Experience

SKILLS

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with clients, supervisors and other stakeholders;
  • Good relationship management and interpersonal skills;
  • A good team player;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work;
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Office suits;
  • Adhere to company policies and value confidentiality;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality;
  • Record management;
  • Good communication skills;

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years experiences
