Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.  
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.  
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and external partners.  
  • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information on company services.  
  • Support property management activities, including record keeping and tracking project progress.  

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.  
  • Hold an Admin position for a minimum of 3
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Required to start immediately
