Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.  
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure proper allocation of funds.  
• Handle tax filing and statutory compliance, ensuring deadlines are met.  
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.  
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.  
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with company goals.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
• A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or financial management.  
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick-books or similar tools.  
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations.  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Required to start immediately
