Job Description

An IT organization that thrives on innovation, strategic growth, and exceptional results needs a Project Officer to oversee the execution of high-priority, cross-functional projects that are critical to its success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of strategic initiatives across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, objectives, and KPIs to help develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and manage the execution of highly strategic and complex projects across various departments (e.g. operations, product development, technology, marketing) to ensure alignment and clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks and risks by providing solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes through continuous evaluation by developing and maintaining project documentation to ensure all milestones are met.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a leadership role overseeing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
