Job Description

An IT institution in Accra needs a Digital Channel Lead who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing its digital marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. You will lead the efforts to grow and engage our customer base via online touchpoints, including web, email, social media, mobile apps, and digital advertising. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives and maximize return of investment from our digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and retention of customers across web, email, social media, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize digital campaigns, user journeys and content to ensure peak performance by improving KPIs to stay up to date with trends.
  • Work closely with product, content, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment and consistency in digital initiatives across all channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improving user experience to enhance digital reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage digital channel budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital channel management, with a proven track record of success in driving digital campaigns and optimizing customer experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc. to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and associated marketing optimization techniques and automation tools.
