A dental clinic located at Airport Hills, Accra is seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join their team. As a primary point of contact for their clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquires and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
•  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

  Requirement/Skills

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelors’ degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a client -facing role, preferably in a high earned healthcare or dental industry
• Ability to work in a fast – paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth
• An extrovert and out -going individual
