Position Overview:

The General Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and business growth. This position will support the senior leadership team in executing operational strategies, managing key projects, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, and partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a strategic operations and or business development role, preferably within the biomedical or healthcare industry.

• Experience in managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
• Knowledge of international accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in the biomedical field is a plus.
