Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of client information and company data.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Educational Background: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
