Job Description

• Report to: Finance Manager 

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and reconcile accounts, including receivables, payables, and general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement process improvements and accounting policies.

Required Skills or Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification: Part II of ACCA or CA is mandatory.
• Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.

• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
