Key Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer enquiries inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently and effectively
  • Provide product and service information, guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding quality standards and performance metrics
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed departmental goals and targets
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on policies and procedures

Required Skills or Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude with a passion for customer care
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required
