Job Description

 Graphic Design
  • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, website banners, infographics, email templates, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital and print media.
  • Design Software Mastery: Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc., to produce high-quality designs.
  • Video & Animation: Create short-form videos, GIFs, and animations for social media platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Print Materials: Design brochures, posters, business cards, and other print collateral.
  • Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that meet business objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring posts are timely, relevant, and engaging for the audience.
  • Post Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Engagement & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers to build community and drive brand loyalty.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Produce original content (text, images, video) and curate relevant content from other sources to keep audiences informed and engaged.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic, increase followers, or promote specific products or services.
  • Collaborations and Influencers: Identify and work with influencers or partner organizations for collaboration, co-branding, or special promotions.
