Job Description

The role is a field role and would be working majorly in West Hills, Bortianor, Kasoa old barrier, SCC and its environs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement field recruitment strategies for designated areas. 
• source candidates through in person recommendations and other advertisement means or channels.
• Refer applicants for various job roles to Head office for further processing. 
• Forward applications received to Head office for further processing. 

Required Skills or Experience

• 2 years experience in field recruiment and field head hunting services. 
• Must be professional and achievement oriented.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, meeting deadlines and set targets.
• Minimum of Senior High with 2 years working experience in the same role.
