Expression of Interest (EOI) for Tree Nursery Construction

SOCODEVI-Ghana invites you to Express your Interest (EOI) by submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in response to the Construction of one of the following:

Small Buildings (Office Space)
Metal Shade House
Irrigation System with Mechanized Borehole and
Solar Energy Systems

for 5 tree Nurseries Establishment in Ashanti and Western North Regions of Ghana.

I. A declaration letter to adopt SOCODEVI mitigation plan on Environmental Impact Assessment
II. Company Registration Certificates
III. Tender Acceptance Letter (Attached in Annexure V)
IV. Income Tax Certificate
V. Construction Method Statement
VI. Key Personnel List with CVʻs
VII. Equipment Holding of Contractor

VIII. Bid Security/Bid Bond - CAD 1,000.00 OR Ghana Cedis Equivalent
IX. Work Program
X. Health, Safety, Environment and Construction Standard Management Plan
XI. Bank Details of Firm
The above and any other requirement mentioned in the Invitation To Tender Documents
