Job Description

• Location: Greater Accra Region, Ghana

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Plan, develop and execute yearly strategic sales plan.
• Manage the business development team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring continuous training of staff and monitoring sales quality through joint visits and regular meetings.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

• Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Develop and distribute newsletters and official communication materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Enhance brand identity and awareness through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, and communications, preferably in the biotechnology or related industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
