Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for CRM systems, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and upgrading IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, servers, and telephony systems.
• Monitor and resolve IT-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and process improvements.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Knowledge of ALN/WAN/DHP etc

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or related role.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Basic understanding of telephony systems and CRM technologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
