Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines with an emphasis on West African flavors.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a dynamic kitchen team under pressure.
