We are seeking a talented and innovative Website Developer/Designer to create and manage websites for projects within the Group, which will elevate our online presence and create visually stunning, and user-friendly websites that reflect our brand’s sophistication and elegance for our Hotel, IT, Media and Philanthropic entities.

Responsibilities

• Creating, designing, and maintaining responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites for the group.
• Ensuring a seamless user experience by designing intuitive navigation, engaging visuals, and interactive elements tailored to our target audience.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate high-quality images, videos, and text content that showcase our offerings.
• Managing and optimizing the hotel’s secure booking engine for reservations and special offers for the hotel.
• Optimizing the website for search engines and ensuring fast loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall technical excellence for the various websites.
• Monitoring performance of websites using analytics tools, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement for the various websites
• ​Maintaining consistency with the group’s branding across all web pages, ensuring a sophisticated and cohesive aesthetic.
• Regularly updating the agreed websites with promotions, events, and other relevant content, ensuring the site remains fresh and relevant for all entities as needed.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Website Developer/Designer, preferably in the hospitality and IT sector.
• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience with integrating booking systems and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in web design and development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with luxury brands or hospitality websites.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC and social media integrations.
• Basic understanding of copywriting and content strategy.
