Job Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
• Assess( formative and Summative) students' work regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater to students' diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
• Uphold the school’s policies and values, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.

Required Skills or Experience

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A postgraduate teaching qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the Cambridge Primary Curriculum or a similar international curriculum.
• Teaching License: A valid teaching license or certification (e.g., TSC, QTS, or equivalent).

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• A passion for education and commitment to student success.
• ICT competency to integrate technology into teaching and learning effectively.
