Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of all staff.
  • Oversee employee performance appraisals, welfare, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead the customer service team to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and customer satisfaction

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and customer service management.
  • Familiarity with Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
