Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing man guard services and other security operations.
Coordinate the installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
Conduct regular risk assessments for clients and recommend tailored security measures.
Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
Prepare detailed security reports and investigate incidents.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in security operations or management, including man guard services.
Knowledge of Ghanaian security industry standards and practices.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Certification from recognized security training institutions in Ghana is a plus.
