Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
- Provide leadership to the management teams of the individual companies, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
- Oversee the performance of the security, digital referencing, construction, and real estate divisions, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting for the group.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate management, preferably in multi-industry organizations such as security, construction, or real estate.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling business operations.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and manage multiple business units effectively.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian business practices, industry standards, and regulations.
