Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
Provide leadership to the management teams of the individual companies, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
Oversee the performance of the security, digital referencing, construction, and real estate divisions, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting for the group.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
8 to 10 years of experience in corporate management, preferably in multi-industry organizations such as security, construction, or real estate.
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling business operations.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and manage multiple business units effectively.
Knowledge of Ghanaian business practices, industry standards, and regulations.
