Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets through effective client engagement and negotiations.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of winning proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close complex business deals, ensuring alignment with organizational profitability and goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to design, implement, and monitor effective marketing initiatives aligned with business development goals.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to build brand visibility and foster partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate detailed market intelligence reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain a robust referral and lead generation network to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
- Any other task assigned by line manager and/or MD
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, PMP) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
